J.M. Kaplan Fund Innovation Prize

starting place

In 2015, the J.M. Kaplan Fund came to us to help launch their Innovation Prize, which supports new not-for-profit organizations that are tackling a range of social issues. The winning organizations are granted $175,000 over three years.

What we did

For the launch of the inaugural Innovation Prize, the TimeTravlr team worked closely with J.M. Kaplan leadership and Social Strategy Associates to produce photos and videos featuring each grantee organization. We interviewed and filmed 2015 and 2017 grantees to create thought-provoking, intimate profiles with high production value. These videos showcase the Fund’s influence and skill at choosing grantees, and are also used by the grantee organizations to raise awareness of their life-changing work. In addition to producing the videos, we consulted on video platforms, created a YouTube channel and provided still photography of the grantees.
